After much prayer from the Riverside Church of Christ and others, RCA began in 1996 with a dream to provide students with an exceptional education in a nurturing Christian environment. In the fall of 2001, that dream became a reality. Since that time, the RCA family has been expanding facilities, classes, and staff. The process has been and continues to be rewarding and challenging. As we grow both physically and spiritually, we ask that you pray that God will continue to bless RCA’s mission.
RCA’s campus is located on 38 acres of scenic land that runs along the Elk River in Fayetteville, Tennessee. RCA’s South-Central Tennessee location provides the ideal small-town experience although it is only 30 miles from metropolitan Huntsville and 70 miles from metropolitan Nashville.
RCA provides a bus service from the North Alabama every day. The bus picks up students at Plainview Church of Christ in Hazel Green, AL each morning and returns at 3:15 every afternoon.
Accreditation and Memberships:
RCA is dually accredited. The school is fully accredited through AdvancEd, which accredits public and private schools. RCA is also accredited through the National Christian School Association (NCSA). RCA’s varsity athletics teams compete in the Middle Tennessee Athletic Conference.
