New Student Application/Enrollment Fees
- Application fee of $120 (K-12) or $70 (PS/PK) is paid with online application. The application fee is non-refundable.
- Upon acceptance of a new student, the enrollment fee of $250 (K-12) or $100 (PS/PK) will be due. The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
Returning Student Re-Enrollment Fees
- $350 registration fee for K - 12 and $150 registration fee for PS/PK.
- Parents/guardians of students in K - 12 are required to pay $100 for each student at the time of online re-enrollment. The balance of $250 per student is due by July 31.
- Parents/guardians of PS/PK students are required to pay $50 for each student at the time of online re-enrollment. The balance of $100 is due by July 31.
Enrollment for 2025-2026 begins on February 24, 2025.
Education freedom Scholarship
Education Freedom Scholarships will allow residents of Tennessee who have a child entitled to attend a public school in grades K-12 to use state funds toward education expenses, including tuition and/or fees at registered Category I, II, or III private schools located in Tennessee. The scholarship is worth $7,295, and covers the cost of tuition at RCA. Families may apply for EFS in the spring of each year.

RCA’s board of directors and administration understand that the decision to seek Christian education for your children is a decision that comes with a sacrifice; therefore, they are committed to keeping RCA’s tuition among the lowest of any comparable school in the Southeast. The cost of Christian education is never an insignificant one; therefore, RCA offers a limited amount of financial assistance for qualified families.
To aid in the awarding of scholarships, an established third-party assessment company, FACTS, will independently evaluate all applicants for financial assistance. FACTS will provide their recommendation on the amount of financial assistance required for each applicant. FACTS qualification for a particular level of financial assistance is no guarantee that such assistance will be received. Apply by clicking the link below.
RCA Financial Aid Scholarships are only in effect for the given school year. Students shall reapply each school year. Students shall maintain a cumulative grade of “C” in all classes in order to retain the scholarship throughout the current school year. A student must also maintain proper behavior in order to continue to receive assistance.
