Our Strength and Conditioning Program is designed to help student-athletes build the physical foundation they need to compete at their best while honoring God with their bodies. Led by Coach Matt Tucker, a certified professional personal trainer and nutritionist, the program focuses on developing strength, speed, endurance, and injury prevention through safe, age-appropriate training. Coach Tucker works closely with each athlete to ensure they are not only growing in physical ability but also learning healthy habits that support overall well-being. With an emphasis on discipline, stewardship, and perseverance, our program equips students to glorify God both on and off the field.
