Riverside Christian Academy (RCA) is seeking an exceptional Christian leader to serve as its next President and Head of School.
Located in the growing community of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Riverside Christian Academy is a thriving, Christ-centered ministry committed to discipling students to follow Jesus, pursuing academic excellence, and forming godly character within a loving community. Serving students from preschool through high school, RCA partners with Christian families to educate the whole person—mind, body, and soul—through a distinctly biblical worldview.
Reporting directly to the Governing Board, the President serves as the school's chief executive officer and spiritual leader, providing vision, strategic leadership, and operational oversight for every aspect of the Academy. The President is responsible for advancing the school's mission, cultivating a Christ-centered culture, developing outstanding leaders, strengthening enrollment and advancement efforts, and ensuring organizational excellence across academics, athletics, and student life.
The successful candidate will be:
- A mature follower of Jesus Christ and active member of churches of Christ with an unwavering commitment to Christian education and biblical leadership.
- A visionary leader who inspires others through humility, wisdom, integrity, and servant leadership.
- An experienced executive capable of leading strategic initiatives, building healthy organizational culture, and developing high-performing teams.
- A gifted communicator who builds trusted relationships with students, families, faculty, churches, donors, and the broader community.
- Passionate about seeing young people grow in faith, character, and academic excellence.
Candidates should possess proven executive or senior leadership experience, outstanding organizational and relational skills, and a master's degree (doctorate preferred). Experience in Christian education, ministry, nonprofit leadership, or comparable mission-driven organizations is highly valued.
